BA Comair gives pax flexibility

Written by
BA Comair has introduced new booking options that give customers the flexibility to change the dates and destination of their bookings without change fees.

This allows customers to deal with unforeseen circumstances.

Clients with bookings made from March 3, 2020 onwards, for journeys due to be completed by August 31, 2021, may also cancel a booking and use the same value toward a future booking without any additional costs.

The move should help travellers feel more confident to make a booking in the current uncertain times, when the best-laid travel plans can unravel at short notice.

Brian Kitchin, Sales and Marketing Executive of the airline said: “COVID-19 regulations and uncertainty about when these will be eased has caused many travellers to reconsider or cancel their plans. Recognising this and to provide customers with peace of mind, we’ve introduced full flexibility to book now and make changes later, with no change fee.”

BA Comair currently has a seat sale, running until January 22, with over 400 000 seats at excellent prices.
