SAA received first of six new A330's

The red carpet was laid out for Public Enterprises Minister Malusi Gigaba and South African Airways (SAA) CEO Siza Mzimela in Toulouse, France, as they took delivery ofthe new A330-200 aircraft.  The new plance landed in Cape town last month, where it was welcomed by the President of the Republic of South Africa, President Jacob Zuma.

The A330-200 long range jetliner is the first of six new aircraft being added to SAA's fleet.  The new plane forms part of the national carrier's fleet renewal project:  New, more efficient aircraft replacing old ones.
